pumpkin patch

I’m not sure what is going on, but I feel like I have entered back into some sort of Mama-vacuum. I was sure I was out of that, but find myself trapped in my house falling more and more behind on the rest of my life. I have a long list of things that I want (kinda need) to be doing, but seem to be plagued with mama-hood. As I fall behind though, I continue to fall more in love with my little Sprout. He is growing like a weed, gabbin’ more (which I love because his voice is magical!), smiling and giggling, hitting and grabbing at things, getting stronger…

A few weeks ago, we went to the Punkin Patch with some dear friends, Catie and Sage, and my niece, Ellie. Lennon slept the entire time we were there. But we still snapped a photo together snuggled on the gorgeous cinderella pumpkins. It was a lovely adventure.

peaces and loves,

Mama Hussy

  • Lovely pumpkins! I'm tempted to buy one for halloween and one for eating, I haven't ever carved one (as we don't celebrate halloween in Finland) and now in France it exist little bit. I love the photos again :)

love it! aidan went on his first field trip ever with his school to a "punkin" patch and brought home a baby pumpkin that he insists we cut up and eat the seeds out of. i promised we'll go to another pumpkin patch and get a big pumpkin and make a jack'o'lantern out of it. and i found a brilliant recipe for pumpkin pie granola i'm dyin' to try. maybe it'll be added to the mamanola collection! maybe you'll beat me to it. http://www.cookingwithmykid.com/recipes/pumpkin-pie-granola/
